- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they’re well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
