Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they're well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
