  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they’re well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
  • Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
