Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Garlic and Herbs

- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
