Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Garlic and Herbs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  • Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
