large shrimp
peeled and deveined

garlic

fresh parsley
chopped

fresh rosemary
chopped

fresh thyme
chopped
Zest of 1 lemon

olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped herbs, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill skewers for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
