Mini Pita Pizza Bites
Ingredients
- 6 mini pita breads split in half
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange pita halves on prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
