Berry Greek Yogurt Bark

- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt full-fat or 2%
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or pistachios
- 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut unsweetened, optional
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Pour yogurt mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle fresh berries evenly over the yogurt surface, gently pressing them in slightly.
- Add chopped nuts, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and coconut, distributing evenly.
- Gently press toppings into yogurt surface so they adhere well.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
