bell peppers, broccoli, carrots

low-sodium soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

green onions
sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
