Preheat oven to 400F
Boil potatoes until tender, about 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown turkey in large skillet, drain excess fat.
Add vegetables (except peas) to turkey, cook until softened.
Stir in broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
Add peas, simmer until thickened.
Mash potatoes with milk, butter, and seasonings.
Transfer meat mixture to baking dish.
Top with mashed potatoes, create peaks with fork.
Bake 20 minutes until golden.
