For the dressing:

Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Let rest, then slice.

Whisk together dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Add sliced chicken and feta to the salad.
Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to combine.
