bell peppers

15 oz each kidney beans, drained and rinsed

28 oz crushed tomatoes

cloves
garlic

chili powder

ground cumin

dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

low-sodium chicken broth
Optional toppings: shredded cheese
sour cream, chopped cilantro, sliced jalapenos
Instructions
Brown ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Transfer turkey to the slow cooker.
Add all remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve hot with optional toppings.
