Ingredients
For the tofu:

block
14 oz extra-firm tofu

tbsp
olive oil
1
tbsp
soy sauce
1
tsp
garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the chimichurri sauce:
1
cup
fresh parsley
finely chopped
2
cloves
garlic
minced
1/4
cup
olive oil
2
tbsp
red wine vinegar
1/4
tsp
red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
Instructions
Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Cut tofu into 4 steaks.
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate tofu in this mixture for 15 minutes.
For chimichurri, mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill tofu steaks for 4-5 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
Serve tofu steaks topped with chimichurri sauce.
