Ingredients
For the Meatloaf:

lean ground beef

onion
finely diced

carrots
grated

celery stalks
finely diced

eggs

milk

Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

For the Glaze:
1/2

ketchup

tablespoons
brown sugar

tablespoon
yellow mustard

Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line loaf pan with foil or parchment.
Combine all meatloaf ingredients in large bowl, mix well with hands.
Transfer mixture to loaf pan, shape into even loaf.
Mix glaze ingredients in small bowl.
Spread half of glaze over meatloaf.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, then spread remaining glaze.
Bake additional 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
